Hinweise zum Nutzungsbeginn

Die Nutzung unserer App und die Gültigkeit dieser Datenschutzerklärung beginnen mit der Installation der App auf Ihrem Gerät. Mit dem Herunterladen und der Installation erklären Sie sich mit den Bedingungen und Grundsätzen dieser Datenschutzerklärung einverstanden.

Umgang mit Ihren Daten

Die Daten, die Sie uns zur Verfügung stellen, werden anonym und verschlüsselt an eine sichere Datenbank verschickt. Wir werden nicht wissen, wer Sie sind, weil Daten, die Sie identifizieren können (z.B. Ihr Name) Ihr Smartphone nicht verlassen. Anstelle Ihres Namens werden wir Ihnen eine Nummer (Token) zuweisen, um Ihre Studiendaten zu kennzeichnen. Sollten Sie uns kontaktieren müssen, werden wir Ihre eventuell anfallenden Kontaktdaten wie E-Mail-Adresse oder Namen nach dem Kontakt mit uns löschen. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von Passwörtern, Apple Touch ID oder Face ID, um Ihr Smartphone zu schützen und um zu verhindern, dass andere Personen Ihre Daten sehen, indem Sie Ihr Smartphone entwenden. Des Weiteren kann die App zusätzlich durch ein App-Passwort geschützt werden.

Daten-Synchronisierung mit Ihrer Health App

Sie können auch einige Daten, z.B. die Menstruationsdaten, mit Apple Health synchronisieren. Dies ist jedoch nicht notwendig, um an der Studie teilzunehmen. Durch die Daten-Synchronisierung mit Ihrer Health App können Sie einige Informationen zu Ihrer Menstruation mit anderen Apps, z.B. anderen Menstruationskalendern teilen, wenn diese Apps dies unterstützen. Sie können die Daten-Synchronisierung jederzeit in den Einstellungen der Health App anpassen. Diese App hat kein Zugang zu anderen Apps auf Ihrem Smartphone. Die App hat keinen Zugang zu Kontaktinformationen, Fotos, Nachrichten oder E-Mails.

Sicherheit der Daten

Die Daten, die Sie an uns übermitteln werden wir schützen. Dabei werden wir aktuelle technische und organisatorische Mittel wählen, um sie vor Verlust, Schaden oder Manipulationen sowie den Zugriff durch unberechtigte Personen zu schützen. Die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen entsprechen dem aktuellen Stand der Technik und werden entsprechend technologischer und organisatorischer Neuerungen ständig verbessert.

Principles

We take the protection of your data very seriously. We have therefore developed our app in such a way that we cannot identify you as a person through your data. In fact, you remain anonymous. Furthermore, we will only record and store information if it is important for our research question. We work data sparingly.

Remarks on the start of usage

Your use of our app and the validity of this privacy policy begins when you install the app on your device. By downloading and installing, you agree to the terms and principles of this Privacy Policy.

Handling your data

The data that you provide us with is sent anonymously and encrypted to a secure database. We will not know who you are because data that can identify you (e.g. your name) will not leave your smartphone. Instead of your name, we will assign you a number (token) to identify your study data.

If you need to contact us, we will delete any of your contact information we may get from you, such as your email address or name, after you contact us.

We recommend using an access code, Apple Touch ID or Face ID to protect your phone and to prevent others from seeing your data by stealing your phone. Furthermore, the app can be additionally protected by an app password.

Data synchronization with your Health App

You can also synchronize some data, such as menstrual data, with Apple Health. However, this is not necessary to participate in the study. By synchronizing data with your Health app, you can share some information about your menstruation with other apps, e.g. other menstrual calendars, if these apps support this. You can customize data synchronization at any time in the Health App settings. This app has no access to other apps on your smartphone. The app does not have access to contact information, photos, messages or emails.

Data security

We will protect the data that you submit to us. We will use up-to-date technical and organizational means to protect it from loss, damage or manipulation and to prevent access by unauthorized persons. The security measures correspond to the current state of the art and are constantly improved in accordance with technological and organisational innovations.
